STORE POLICY
By placing an order with Gower Flight Centre, you are confirming your acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully, as they form the basis of our agreement.

A weight limit will apply depending on your selected experience.

1. Orders & Contract
The placing of an order constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, but does not constitute the creation of a contract.
Gower Flight Centre reserves the right to decline to process an order for any reason whatsoever.
Duplicate orders may occasionally be placed or sent in error. Any duplicates must be returned immediately or in accordance with our instructions.

2. Voucher Validity
Vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the valid from date.
Vouchers can be extended; however, an additional monthly fee will apply.
A valid voucher must be produced in order to redeem your flight experience.

3. Refunds & Cancellations
Gower Flight Centre does not provide refunds.
Chargebacks / card disputes are not authorised. By purchasing a voucher, you accept that payment is final and non-refundable. Any chargeback attempts will be robustly defended with evidence of voucher issue and acceptance of these terms.

4. Finality of Purchase
Once a voucher has been issued, the purchase is final.
Gower Flight Centre has no ability to cancel, refund, or amend vouchers under any circumstances.
5. Cancellations & No-Show Policy
If you cancel your flight with less than 72 hours’ notice, or fail to attend a booked flight, your voucher will be deemed spent and void.
Please allow plenty of time for your journey on the day of your flight, as late arrival will reduce flight time accordingly.
6. Weather, Safety & Operational Conditions
For safety reasons, all flights are subject to change or cancellation due to operational or meteorological conditions.
Weather conditions at the airfield may differ from your home location. Low cloud, haze, strong winds, precipitation, and icing are valid reasons for postponement. This is strictly for your safety.
In the event of cancellation, you are responsible for re-booking your flight.
Gower Flight Centre cannot accept responsibility for travel, accommodation, loss of earnings, or any costs incurred as a result of a cancellation or postponement.
7. Flight Duration & Experience Details
Flight times are approximate and subject to weather, aircraft, and airfield operations.
Flight time is defined as engine start to engine stop, measured by tachometer and may vary.
Flights to specific areas cannot be guaranteed.
Trial flights are for one person in a two-seat aircraft.
Experience descriptions, photographs, formats, and timings are provided for general guidance only and do not form part of any contract.
8. Booking Notice Period
Due to high demand, flight bookings may require 4–6 weeks’ notice. A minimum of 10 days’ notice is required in all cases.

9. Legal Position Under UK Law
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, vouchers for leisure, events, and scheduled activities on a specific date or within a validity period are exempt from statutory cancellation rights.
This means that once you have purchased a voucher, you have no legal right to a refund, except where offered by the original voucher issuer and subject to these terms.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that your right to cancel under UK law does not apply.
10. General
Once an order is processed, goods and services are deemed to have been delivered. Any disputes must be taken up by email in line with our terms.
Prices on the online store may differ from prices charged at the airfield on the day.
A weight limit applies, and this will vary depending on the type of flight and aircraft booked. It is your responsibility to check weight restrictions prior to booking.
